படிப்பினைகளை உணர்ந்து ...

அடைந்தவைகளுக்கு நன்றியோடு ...
தவறவிட்டவைகளை அடைந்திட ...

நினைத்தவைகளை நிறைவேற்றிட ...
நினைக்காதவைகளை நினைக்க ...

நடந்தவைகளை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு ...
நடக்காதவைகளை புறம் தள்ளாது ...

வேகத்தோடு விவேகமுமான
கலவையுடன் அனைத்தும் அடைய
என் மனமார்ந்த
புத்தாண்டு வாழ்த்துக்கள்!!!

Love songs வைத்து ஏதாவது கிறுக்கலாம் என்று தோன்றியது... அதன் விளைவு தான் இது :)

பூமியில் வந்தாள்...

அரபு நாடே
அசந்து நிற்கும்
அழகியா?

எனக்கு
காதலிக்கும் ஆசை இல்லை
கண்கள் உன்னை காணும் வரை.

கண்கள் இரண்டால் உன் கண்கள் இரண்டால்
என்னை கட்டி இழுத்தாய்

கண்ட நாள் முதலாய்
காதல் பெருகுதடி...

அதனால்

ஆக்கிரமிப்பு

எறும்பு உருவாக்கிய புற்றை
பாம்பு ஆக்கிரமிப்பதைப் போல்

என்னுடைய இதயத்தை - உன்
நினைவுகள் மூலம் ஆக்கிரமித்தாய்!!

23.May.2009: Shadow Dog :)

Went with my friends to Besant Nagar beach, Chennai. Snapped the dog against the sun and it looked like as though juz the shadow of the dog is walking :)

07.Feb.2009: Doggy Love

Juz outside our home in Chennai, heard the puppies. Went near the gate to see what it is. Then I ran to get my cam and clicked this. You can see how the mother dog is lying down in somewhat uncomfortable manner to feed the puppies. This shows the motherly love or should I call it Doggy love :)

14.Dec.2008: Dog resting in shadow

One fine weekend day, after lunch, I saw the dog resting in the irrigation land behind our apartment. The shadow is of our aparment. I loved the symmetry of shadow and light. More than that, the dog enSoying its sleep in the shadow. Could not wait anymore and clicked this :)

30.Jul.2009: Irony - Dreaming Vs Expectation.

"Dream a lot so that it will get shape one day".
"Dreaming sincerely leads to the destination you wanted to reach"

You would have been told by your elders or friends or atleast heard things like that somewhere. The above sayings mean that Dreaming lets you attain whatever you wanted with sincere efforts towards that.

And now look at the below statements:
"Dont expect too much"
"Keep your expectations low"
"Its better not to develop expectations"

You would have heard these statements too by almost the similar lot of people who have told you about dreaming.

If you look at what exactly a dream means, you will find that dreaming is expecting something. What an irony!!

So now what would you have to do? Should you not dream or not have expectations? No way buddy and you can dream and have to have expectations for sure. As our beloved APJ Abdul Kalam says "Dream is something that you dont do while you sleep. It is something that does not make you sleep".

So, you can dream of whatever you want provided you work towards that to make it happen. More important, your dream should not depend on anyother individual other than you. The moment your dream is dependent on others you will seldom move towards what you had dreamt of.

Thus the secret lies in dreaming things that are there within your control only. So dream!! Be it small, big or medium and wishing you all the best to attain it - YOUR EXPECTED DREAM :)
